Shipping

Every Feral Fang Firings piece is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely.

Carriers:

We ship via USPS or UPS Ground. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. If you need it more urgently, please contact us so we can help make that happen.

Packaging: Each piece is individually wrapped and packed with care. We take the fragility of handmade ceramics seriously and pack accordingly.

Delivery times: Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

International shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged in transit: If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us at deirdre@feralfang.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
