Refunds & Returns

Every Feral Fang Firings piece is made by hand and sent to you with great care. If something isn’t right, we want to hear from you.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at deirdre@feralfang.com before sending anything back so we can arrange the details.

Refunds

A refund will be issued once the piece is received back in its original condition. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Damaged in Transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us at deirdre@feralfang.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage in transit is covered and we will work with you to make it right.

Custom and personalized pieces

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
