Fang is not too certain I should be doing yoga after quiz Friday…

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this before but he’s only 5.5lbs/2.5kg. So much judgement in such a small package… 🤣🤣🤣

This little ear makes me sad. I’ve learned a lot about feral cats since Fang arrived and apparently because they are wild animals, the general advice is not to attempt to take them off the streets because they can’t be tamed, stay away from humans, hide during the day and are difficult to socialize. So the approach is to grab them off the street, neuter them, snip their ear to show they’ve been done and release them back onto the streets to live out their lives. Not all of them are lost causes but it’s considered generally not worth the effort, especially when there are so many kittens and domestic cats who need homes.

That was supposed to be Fang’s fate. Until he got a gum infection so bad they had to take all his teeth out and they couldn’t put him back out because he can’t take care of himself. So now he’s stuck with me and I’m stuck with him. Two feral animals figuring it out together…

Another druid circle of cat fur from last night… I’m beginning to wonder if I’ll ever actually see him or just his fur trails…

He’s starting to have a (not under the sofa) night life?
